How and when will I get my photos?
 You will be able to download all the photos you ordered upon checkout.

How can I find a specific player?
 Use the search feature. Please note that we do not shoot everyone.

What if I need a photo of someone in particular for a special interest story?
Please contact us and tell us the name of the event and player, and the date and table/seat number if available.

What does the Lightbox do?
The light box feature is a great way to edit and collect the images you may want to use, and for sharing with colleagues to help make a final decision. You will be able to "add to cart" from the lightbox.

What if I want to use an image for Advertising?
Add the image into a lightbox and forward to us with a detailed explanation on how you want to use the image. All advertising rights are negotiated on the type of use, size, and distribution/quantity. All advertising imagery has to be approved by the WSOP for licensing and may require a model release.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and use PayPal to process your payment. Please contact us if you want to apply for bulk rates or use another payment method.

Can I use a print image more than once?
There are only two occasions where an image can be used more than once. 1. For the same story on your web site. 2. On the Contents page.

What if I want a unique image for exclusive use?
Please contact us for special requests and be advised of premium prices.

What if I wanted a print resolution photo and I accidently ordered a web download?
Please contact us, include your order number and a brief explanation of what you ordered.
